Chukwuka Monye is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ciuci Consulting. His experience spans various functions in industries such as Financial Services; Telecom; Media and Entertainment; and Retail. He has strong functional capabilities in Strategy, Organisational Development, Marketing and Technology.
At Ciuci, Chukwuka is promoting an unconventional approach to Enterprise Development and Nation Building. His belief in developing capacity led him to establish the firm with an integrated model that harnesses indigenous talents and incorporates inputs from foreign experts to develop a strong knowledge based environment.
He graduated from Warner University FL, with a Business Management degree and has also attended several management programmes at Harvard Business School and INSEAD. Chukwuka is a recipient of several awards in the US and Nigeria, including the National Award from The United States Achievement Academy. He is also a member of The Alpha Chi National College Honor Society.
Roland has 25 years of experience in software engineering and project management at significant technology and telecommunications companies. He has expertise in large-scale software development (operating systems and programming environments), telecommunications protocols, standards development, and the recruitment and management of engineering teams. His experience includes large technology companies (MAI, Data General, AT&T) and classic Silicon Valley startups (Forethought, Go and Eo). He also spent almost four years as CTO for CLB Associates, a leading Silicon Valley strategic advisory and investment-banking firm.
Roland was the original developer of vCard, the “electronic business card” exchange format. He is the author of several computer textbooks, and was the prime contractor for the development of Internet services on several Pacific Island nations, including Micronesia and Guam. He uses his exceptional technical and strategic skills to advise clients, to assess the technological advantages and competitive landscape of intellectual property, and to review the scope of proposed alliances, partnerships and joint ventures. Beneath the technical brilliance, Roland is an artist at heart, receiving a Bachelor’s Degree with Distinction from the California College of Arts and Crafts.
With over 17 years of international experience in brand, marketing and business development, Steven Posner currently works as an Associate Consultant at Ciuci Consulting. Steven’s work as a consultant has included numerous clients including, Sony, UK, Sol Melia (leading Spanish Hotel Chain), Deutsche Bank, Towers Perrin, Contax (leading business development advisory firm in the Gulf region), Suburban Telecom (leading diversified telecommunications company in West Africa, Reliance (India), Harrah’s (USA), Carreker (leading Revenue Enhancement firm for Retail banking) and IE (leading business school in Madrid).
Steven is an Associate Professor in brand and marketing in Madrid’s Instituto de Empresa Business School. Steven is a native of Colombia, has a BA in European History from Brown University and attended Citicorp’s Institute for Global Finance
