Role Overview:
The Associate Manager will lead strategic initiatives, oversee operational performance, and drive business development efforts to expand Ciuci’s assets under management. You will work closely with leadership and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational management projects and oversee business strategy execution.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop expansion strategies.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Oversee team performance, coaching analysts and associates.
• Drive efficiency and innovation within assets under management.
Requirements:
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or business strategy.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Ability to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
