Role Overview:
As an Associate Partner at Ciuci, you will take on a leadership role in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and business transformation. You will oversee a strategic business unit, shaping and executing initiatives across operations, asset management, knowledge management, finance, strategy, executive services, people excellence, brand management, sales, marketing, information technology, and internal control. This role requires a seasoned leader with a track record of delivering results in complex business environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a strategic business unit, driving growth, efficiency, and impact.
• Develop and execute strategies that enhance Ciuci’s portfolio of assets under management and consulting capabilities.
• Oversee financial performance, operational efficiency, and risk management within the business unit.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Drive innovation and process improvements to optimize business outcomes.
• Lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand Ciuci’s operations management footprint.
Requirements
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in strategic leadership, consulting, operations, or business transformation.
• Proven track record in leading and managing high-impact business units.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in financial management, operational strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to drive growth, innovation, and organizational excellence.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred; relevant certifications in strategy, finance, or operations are an advantage.
